By placing an order with Bud Light Shop, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions of sale along with the Terms and Conditions .
How quickly will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?
Order processing and shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Standard orders placed by 4:00pm EST are shipped the next business day from our warehouse in Connecticut. Expedited orders placed by 2:00pm EST will ship the same day. More details on our Shipping Policy can be found below.
If, on rare occasions, an item cannot be shipped on the timeline intended, we’ll notify you of any delays.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
When do you charge my credit card?
We authorize and charge your credit card as soon as you place your order. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We’re not responsible for any errors from your end, including typographical errors.
What’s your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $65.00 and over (excluding shipping, handling and tax).

Expedited orders will be shipped and delivered by FedEx 2-Day Shipping.
Some products are not eligible for Expedited shipping, as indicated in product descriptions.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States only, to the 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Let’s talk about how we can help if that’s not the case.
What’s your return policy?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for free refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned merchandise and confirm that it is indeed defective, we’ll credit your refund. The refund amount will include any shipping, handling and taxes paid on original purchase of the defective item(s).
We’ll happily accept any unused, unworn, and undamaged goods for exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. We can send you prepaid return shipping labels. Once we receive your returned merchandise and confirm that its condition is acceptable (e.g., unworn, unaltered, with original tags, etc.), we’ll credit your refund. All exchanges or returns that use prepaid return shipping labels will be subject to a $5.00 return shipping fee. The refund amount will include any taxes paid on original purchase of the returned item(s). The refund amount will not include any shipping or handling paid on the original purchase of the returned item(s). Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method.

How do I exchange or return my item?

Please contact our Bud Light Shop team at 866-518-2283 or TheBudlightshop@customerstatus.com with your order details and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We’ll need your name, order number, the postal code of the billing address, and as much information as possible about the items you want to exchange or return to us. We’ll take it from there.
We can email you a return shipping label for the item(s) you wish to exchange or return. Such returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee. If you’d like to ship the item(s) directly, you may send them at your own expense to the following address:

I returned an item. Did you receive it?
It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We’ll credit your refund, subject to our return policy, through your original form of payment. We’ll also email you to confirm when your return has been processed. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order once it’s been placed. Please get in touch with our customer service team to discuss the status of your order — we’ll be happy to adjust certain customer and shipping information if the order has not been processed, or process a return and/or refund subject to our Return & Refund policy.

Do I need to create an account?
We think the Bud Light Store is amazing and that everyone should create an account on Budlight.com, but we get it if that’s not your style. You don’t need to register for an Account to browse or checkout at the Bud Light Shop.
Is my information secure?
Are you going to send me a bunch of marketing stuff now?
Not unless you opt in when you place an order.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The risk of loss and title to products in the order pass to you upon our delivery of such products to the carrier.
Please note that we do not take title to the returned products or products that you are looking to exchange until it reaches our facility and you have the risk of loss and title to such products until it reaches us.
The price of the products offered for sale is exclusive of any legally applicable taxes, including sales taxes.
